To be listed in EngageNWA Directory, your business or organization must:

• Be located in or serve Northwest Arkansas (Benton or Washington County)
• Be actively operating and serving customers or community members

• Comply with all local, state, and federal regulations

What We Need From You

Please prepare the following information for your listing:

Basic Information:

• Business or organization name
• Address or service area
• Phone number
• Email address
• Website URL (if applicable)
• Social media profiles

Business Details:

• Category/industry
• Products, services, or programs offered
• Brief description (150-300 words)
• Languages spoken
• Hours of operation

Visual Content:

• Business logo (PNG or JPG, minimum 500x500px)
• High-quality photos of your business, products, services, or events

Represent identities and practices authentically and respectfully, celebrating your heritage and community connections genuinely.

Use a high-quality photo to help your listing stand out and give people a visual sense of your business or organization.

3. Verification: We may contact you to verify details
4. Publication: Approved listings go live on the directory
5. Notification: You’ll receive confirmation once your listing is published

Updating Your Listing

Business information changes—we understand. You can edit your listing anytime through the Edit page. Updates typically appear within 24 hours.

Quality Standards

We reserve the right to:

• Edit submissions for clarity, grammar, and consistency
• Request additional information or verification
• Decline listings that don’t meet our guidelines
• Remove listings with repeated inaccuracies or violations
